Pilgrim Jackson, PhD

CEO

Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Pilgrim Jackson is a biophysicist and oncologist with over 15 years of experience in systems biology and molecular diagnostics. An alumnus of the University of California, Santa Cruz, Dr. Jackson co-founded Yatiri Bio in 2020 to bring high-resolution global proteomics to clinical trial design. Prior to Yatiri Bio, he worked as a senior researcher at Celgene, where he led biomarker discovery projects and co-authored core mechanism patents targeting the cereblon (CRBN) pathways (specifically documented in PCT application WO2014004990A2).

Salvador Martinez de Bartolome Izquierdo, PhD

Head of Bioinformatics

Dr. Salvador Martinez is a bioinformatics leader with over 20 years of experience in proteomics data management, analysis, and integration. As Head of Bioinformatics at Yatiri Bio, he develops software platforms and analytical pipelines that transform large-scale proteomics datasets into actionable biological insights for biomarker discovery and translational research.

James T. Sorrentino, MD

Senior Scientist

Dr. James Sorrentino is a computational biologist specializing in network modeling, machine learning, and context-aware multi-omics analysis. He develops statistical and ML-driven frameworks at Yatiri Bio that integrate proteomics with other biological data to uncover predictive biomarkers and therapeutic insights.

Antonius Koller, PhD

Head of Proteomics

Dr. Antonius Koller is a proteomics expert with over 20 years of experience in LC/MS-based proteomics and research core leadership. As Head of Proteomics at Yatiri Bio, he directs the company’s proteomics strategy, technology development, and large-scale biomarker discovery programs.
